Instructions:

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven on medium-low heat.

Add zucchini and let brown on one side for 3 minutes and flip over pieces. Cook for another 3 minutes.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Add sliced garlic and saute for 1 minute.

Sprinkle panko crumbs and grated cheese on top.

Transfer to oven until brown and bubbly, about 5-10 minutes.
